Plain-language summary of how we work together, plus the costs and renewals that sit outside the package price. Please read before making payment.
Costs that are not part of the package
These are charged by third parties, not by us. We set everything up for you, but the money goes to them — listed here so there are no surprises.

Everything else — hosting, security certificate (SSL), backups, updates and support — is covered by your package in year 1 and by the yearly renewal from year 2.

Terms and conditions
Plain-language summary of how we work together. Please read before making payment.
1. Payment
50% of the package price is paid to start work; the remaining 50% is paid before the site goes live. Add-ons are paid in full when ordered. Prices are exclusive of GST.
2. What you provide
Logo, product photos, product names and prices, shop address, contact numbers, and any text you want on the site. For Business and Premium: GST number or PAN, bank account details for the payment gateway, and a courier account (we help you create these).
3. Delivery time
3, 5, or 7 working days from the day we receive all the items in point 2. Delays in providing content extend the date by the same number of days. Third-party approvals (payment gateway, domain transfer) are outside our control and may take extra time.
4. Design and changes
You choose one of the ready designs. Up to two rounds of changes (colours, banners, text, product arrangement) are included before launch. Changes after launch that you can do from the admin panel are yours to make; changes that need our work are charged at ₹500 per hour or quoted.
5. Plan limits
Each plan has limits on products, pages, staff logins, and photo storage as shown on the pricing page. When you reach a limit the site keeps working, but adding more requires an add-on or upgrade. Product and category pages do not count toward the page limit.
6. Upgrades
You can upgrade at any time by paying the difference between plans. Downgrades are possible at renewal time; content above the lower plan's limits will be hidden, not deleted, for 60 days.
7. Renewal
Year 1 hosting, security certificate, backups, updates, and support are included in the package. From year 2 the yearly renewal keeps the site online. We remind you 30 days before it is due. If it is not paid within 15 days after the due date, the site is taken offline; data is kept for 60 more days, after which it is deleted.
8. Support
Support is by WhatsApp and email during the support period and while renewal is paid. It covers fixing anything that stops working and answering questions about the admin panel. It does not cover adding content on your behalf, design changes, or training beyond the handover session.
9. Third-party services
Domain registrar, payment gateway, courier, WhatsApp API, and SMS are provided by other companies under their own terms and charges. We set them up and connect them, but we are not responsible for their fees, downtime, or policy changes. Payment gateway approval depends on their checks of your business.
10. Your data
Products, orders, and customer details belong to you. We store them securely with daily backup and use them only to run your site. You can export them at any time from the admin panel. We do not sell or share your data. You are responsible for handling your customers' data lawfully.
11. Content responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of product details, prices, photos, and claims on your site, and for delivering orders your customers place.
12. Ownership
The website platform, admin panel, and designs remain our property and are licensed to you while your plan is active. Your logo, content, photos, and data remain yours. The site cannot be moved to another host as-is, but your data can be exported.
13. Cancellation and refunds
The advance is non-refundable once work has started. If you cancel before launch, no balance is due. If you stop renewing, the site goes offline as described in point 7. No refunds are given for unused renewal periods.
14. Uptime
We aim for 99.5% monthly uptime. Planned maintenance is done at night with prior notice. We are not liable for loss of sales during outages caused by third-party providers or events outside our control.
15. Changes to terms
We may update these terms for future renewals with 30 days notice. The terms in force when you paid apply for that year.
Prices in INR, exclusive of GST. Third-party charges are approximate and set by those providers; they may change. This summary is valid for 30 days from the date it is shared with you.
